Altered Images can offer you Avid Support contracts on the entire range of Avid products we supply, Ranging from single Media Composer systems through to Avid ISIS shared storage. Standard Contracts include telephone support and version updates, Priority contracts add hardware warranty exchange. Uptime contracts add 24 x 7 telephone support.

AppleCare Professional Support Products.

These products provide customers with complete hardware, software & support solutions.

EditShare Support Products.

Standard contracts for point releases, tech support, and advanced out of warranty support. ‘Plus’ contracts add major version releases.

Bespoke Service Level Agreements.

For clients wishing to outsource all traditional engineering support with a mixture of hardware and software support.

Remote Diagnostics.

All our support contracts include the ability to implement remote diagnostics, For first line problem evaluation and reporting, this saves you time and money as problems can be resolved quickly and efficiently.
